This product is mainly suitable for glass cups and other tall candle holders. It is used to attach the thread holder to the candle holder, and it has functions of cutting the thread, holding the holder, and attaching the core. 

The entire set of products consists of a core bonding machine, a glue melting machine, two rotating discs, a conveyor belt, a pre-delivery belt and a pusher box machine. 

After placing the candle cup onto the empty cup tray, it is conveyed through the conveyor belt and enters the core bonding machine. Meanwhile, the wax thread is cut to a certain length according to the preset parameters and clamped with the wax holder. When the candle cup is driven by the mold tray to the position below the glue gun and a glue point is sprayed at its center, the clamped thread holder is pushed by the push rod and pressed onto the glue point to adhere. The candle cup with the bonded thread holder is then conveyed through the conveyor belt and the tray to the cup division tray position of the push box machine. When the push box machine starts, the division tray rotates and transports the candle cups at a certain spacing and in a certain quantity to the push plate, and then pushes them onto the filling line conveyor belt for filling. The number and spacing of the candle cups pushed in each time can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different customers. 

This product adopts an intelligent touchscreen operating system, allowing for the setting of various parameters and providing convenient operation. The glue spraying system uses German glue guns, with appropriate glue droplet sizes and accurate, reliable positions. Additionally, it is equipped with a detection device. During operation, if there are situations such as zigzag lines, missing trays, or missing cups, it will automatically stop, and the corresponding indicator lights will indicate the reason for the stop, facilitating the maintenance by the operators.

This product can be connected to the candle filling line for use, achieving automatic filling.
